Woman finds Diamond Ring after 9 Years

A New Jersey woman never gave up on finding her diamond ring she lost 9 years ago , when she flushed it down the toilet while cleaning. The woman contacted the Public works dept. about two years ago regarding the lost ring and they were unable to help her at the time. After recently coming home from a Thanksgiving trip , a note was on her door saying to contact the Public Works Department. When she contacted them she was surprised to find they found a ring which she could verify was hers by the initials on the inside of the ring. It was found in the muck about 400 feet from her home.
